Create a project and assign the team

Use projects as the delivery hub: configure the project, assign team members, and set expectations for portal visibility.

Prerequisites

  • A project created
  • Team members assigned (as needed)

Steps

  1. Open the project detail page (delivery hub).
  2. Create or update tasks with owners and clear statuses.
  3. Use timeline/activity to support progress reporting.

Tips

  • Keep client-safe content in the portal; keep internal delivery context in the workspace.
  • Prefer workflow runs for repeatable execution and tasks for owned follow-ups.

Troubleshooting

  • If you can’t find a page/action, confirm your role permissions.
  • If content looks out of date, check the project timeline and latest updates.
